Welp, Wonder Woman has come out, so that pretty much puts a wrap on June. I mean sure, if your into Transformers that comes out later this month but ugh to that. So what do we have to look forward to in July?

Spider-Man: Homecoming

Following on from Captain America: Civil War, Spider-man, who’s been rebooted twice now, gets his own movie wrapped with the Marvel cinematic universe. Watched over by Tony Stark Peter Parker must try and integrate his new role as a super-hero with that of his regular life. The Vulture provides the punching bag in this movie.

War for the Planet of the Apes

Third movie in the modern franchise, the Apes march their way toward their inevitable destiny of running the world. The war is now full blown and this is a no holds barred fight for control of the planet. Will the humans lose? Find the spoilers to this question in a movie released in 1968.

Baby Driver

Personal pick this month, Baby Driver is going to be packed with all the comedy quirk we’ve come to expect from director Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World’s End). A young getaway driver tries to extract himself from a heist gone wrong. Things keep getting wronger.

Dunkirk

Directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Tom Hardy, Dunkirk follows the infamous story where allied troops are literally getting driven into the sea. This war film strays into thriller territory rather than straight up action.
