Snow: Episode 8

Previous – First – Next
Red hair! Why’s he ginger you ask? He isn’t he’s #9b2022 so shhhh. How do other artists do their colour palettes? Do you guys keep a file with all the colours or something that you can eyedrop from? Or do you have a file with all the values written down? I guess it’s something we all find our own solutions for. I just open up the previous canvas and eyedrop all the colours from there. It seems like the simplest, fastest solution to me.
Matt’s starting to come up with story arcs and character secrets independent of our writing/drawing sessions. It’s kind of exciting finding out there’s stuff about our characters I don’t know.

I normally have the values written down or by the 3/4 session of a small project I just remember the values and am able to just speedy type it in.

But having a colour palettes with chosen colours are ready in eye droppable format it could make things so much easier! I should try that…
